Take the pressure off organizing your stand party with this all-inclusive package for 100 or 200 guests, designed to elevate your presence at CPHI and create memorable connections with new and existing clients and partners.
Package Includes:
Catering, Set-Up, and Service:
- Enjoy professional catering services for up to 100 or 200 guests at your stand on Wednesday, 7th October 2026, from 17:00 to 20:00.
- Each package includes service, set-up and a choice of wine/beverage and a paired canape for your guests.
- Please note, you must have an existing space within your stand for food and beverages, furniture is not provided.
Stand Party Fee:
No need to apply separately, this fee is included in the package.
Promotion:
Your stand will be featured as one of the stops on a tour exploring Italy's culinary delights. Promotion will be conducted via:
- Email campaigns to CPHI registrants
- Tours listed in our Printed Event Guide
- On-site signage
- Promotion via the Event App
Guest Registration:
Guests will be required to register interest in your stand party via our Event App, providing you with a list of qualified leads.
Please note, scanning of attendees at your stand is not included.
Up to 100 guests: EUR 16,500
Up to 200 guests: EUR 22,500
